I think O2Staff has long since disappeared so I thought I would ask the general collective for their wisdom:
If I 'downgrade' my O2 contract (Simplicity10) to O2 PAYG and then DONT top it up (never had a PAYG so no idea how that works) or dont actually use it except to receive calls/txts, then do they 'cut off' the number after so many months of no outgoing calls/txts? I have an Orange phone (on contract) which years ago I swapped to an Orange tariff match of a Virgin tariff which is basically £0/month unless I use it to call or send txts. So basically I've had my Orange number on contract for 8years or so and it hasn't cost me anything. Thats what I want for my O2 number. Is this possible with PAYG? Bill |
